You usally start a mission with coins in your pocket, which is handy, as they're perfect for distracting enemies. Throw one into a secluded area and let the neck-snapping good times commence.
Use Instinct Mode to keep track of your targets' locations and their movements, so you don't end up walking straight into them. Instinct also highlights objects of (potentially murderous) interest.
