7 confirmed Xbox Series X launch games

From Assassin's Creed Valhalla to Dirt 5, here are the Series X launch titles we already know about

Xbox Series X launches worldwide on Nov 10. Here are six next-gen launch games you'll be able to play on day one...

CALL OF DUTY:
BLACK OPS COLD WAR

This sequel to 2010's Black Ops sees Mason and Woods causing chaos in the 1980s as they search for a Russian spy. We're in love with that little RC-XD.

GEARS TACTICS

A prequel to the first Gears, this surprisingly good RTS hit PC earlier this year. Xbox fans can see what all the Locust-slaughtering fuss is about when it launches alongside the Series X.

ASSASSIN'S CREED VALHALLA

Ubisoft's viking open world adventure could be one of the Xbox Series X's best launch games. We can't wait to down grog, pillage villages and generally cause mayhem as Eivor.

DIRT 5

The gorgeous rally series hits next-gen right out of the gate. Not only does it have some of the best weather effects we've ever seen, but the Nolan North-narrated campaign could steal the show.

WATCH DOGS LEGION

Save a heavily surveilled London as an office worker... or an OAP... or a mad soccer fan. In Legion, you can take control of any one of thousands of NPCs as you hack its sandbox silly.

YAKUZA 7: LIKE A DRAGON

Sega's winningly absurd series debuts on Xbox Series X on day one. Yakuza 7 shakes up the established formula, with new turn-based scuffles that basically turn it into a JRPG-lite.

BRIGHT MEMORY

Originally launched on PC, this fusion of the FPS and action genres was made by just a single dev using Unreal Engine. An expanded version, called Bright Memory Infinite, is due out in 2021.
